Our client is looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join their therapeutic children’s residential service. This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career, supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes within a safe, nurturing and child‑centred home. Working alongside the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, you will lead shifts, support the wider staff team and ensure children receive consistent, therapeutic care in line with their individual care plans.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working within an Ofsted Registered Children's Home or a similar regulated children's service.
- A good understanding of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Knowledge of, or a commitment to, trauma‑informed and therapeutic practice.
- Confidence leading shifts and supporting less experienced staff.
- Excellent communication and record‑keeping skills.
- The ability to remain calm, reflective and professional in challenging situations.
- Flexibility to work a rota including evenings, weekends and sleep‑ins.
