Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum (including discretionary bonus of up to £10,000 for dual-home responsibility)

Responsibilities:

  • Overall leadership, management and development of the home.
  • Ensuring children receive high‑quality therapeutic care while maintaining full compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and the Quality Standards.
