Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Applicants without this qualification may be supported to complete it.
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years’ experience within children’s residential care within the last 5 years, including at least 1 year supervising or managing staff within a care setting.
Strong Ofsted knowledge required.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be confident in leading shifts, supporting staff performance, maintaining compliance, and deputising for the Registered Manager when required.
