This permanent role offers a salary of £35,796–£36,948 including sleep-ins, plus a 8:00am–11:00pm rota with monthly sleep-ins.
You will oversee a team caring for children aged 8–17 with EBD, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding.
The ideal candidate will have Level 3/4 Residential Childcare qualifications or be working towards them and prior team leadership experience in an Ofsted-registered home.
