Who Weโ€™re Looking For

We are searching for a passionate and experienced leader who is committed to delivering exceptional care to young people and developing a strong, motivated team.

Essential Requirements

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
  • At least 3 yearsโ€™ experience in a residential childcare setting
  • Experience in EBD, LD, SEMH, CCE, PSB, Therapeutic, or Crisis homes
  • Strong leadership & team-building skills

Desirable Qualities

  • Experience leading Ofsted inspections
  • Passion for creating a warm, homely, and child-focused environment
  • A drive to exceed Ofsted standards and continuously improve care quality

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Manage the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
  • Support & Develop your staff, fostering a positive and nurturing work culture
  • Build & Maintain strong relationships with the community and key stakeholders
  • Ensure Safeguarding & Compliance with Ofsted, submitting required documentation
  • Drive Continuous Improvement โ€“ ensuring outstanding care for every young person
