The Home:
Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of their children’s residential homes in Staffordshire. Their homes are designed to provide a safe, nurturing and family-style environment where children and young people can develop positive relationships, stability and improved outcomes. This is a hands‑on leadership role with full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management, safeguarding, compliance and overall performance of the home. You will work closely with senior leadership to embed a therapeutic ethos, support staff development and ensure exceptional care delivery.

- Strong leadership experience within Ofsted-regulated children's residential care
- A sound understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and safeguarding
- Experience managing staff performance, recruitment, supervision and development
- Experience working with local authorities, families, schools, health professionals and external agencies
- Budget management and operational oversight experience
- A collaborative leadership style with strong organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS clearance

- Overall leadership and management of the home’s 24/7 operation
