Who We Are Looking For
Our client is seeking a committed and capable leader to register and manage a new solo children’s home in Oldham. The successful candidate will be values-led, organised, and confident in managing safeguarding, staff development, and regulatory compliance within an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home.
You will be responsible for registering the home with Ofsted, building a stable and capable staff team, and embedding strong safeguarding and quality standards from the outset. You will play a key role in establishing the culture, routines, and quality standards of the service, ensuring the young person receives consistent, therapeutic, and structured care.
Role Fit
This role may suit an established Registered Manager who is looking to move into a smaller solo provision and step away from the pressures of managing large multi-bed homes, while still maintaining full leadership and autonomy over a service. It may also suit an experienced Deputy Manager who is ready to step into their first Registered Manager position and lead their own home, with support from an experienced Responsible Individual and operational leadership team.
