Location: Eccleshall

Salary: From £50,000 + 10% bonus (paid quarterly)

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm with on-call duties (approx. 1 in 9). Occasional overnight cover.

Service: Children’s Residential Home, EBD Service Users

Children and young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), trauma, neglect, and abuse.

Qualifications Required:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (or working towards)

Experience Required:

  • Senior-level experience within a residential children’s home setting

Number of Beds: Multi Bed

Ofsted Rating: All homes rated Good
