The Home: A 4-bed children’s home providing care and support to young people with EBD. The service focuses on creating stability, structure, and positive outcomes for children who have experienced trauma and adversity.
Who we are looking for: A confident and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker or an ambitious Residential Support Worker ready to step up into a Team Leader role. You will be comfortable leading shifts, supporting colleagues, and maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding.
