Sgscare is seeking a committed Deputy Manager for a 3-bed Children's Residential Home in Radstock.
You will work closely with the Registered Manager to run daily operations, lead and mentor staff, ensure safeguarding and care plans are implemented, and promote trauma-informed, therapeutic practice.
