Hours: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: from £33,000 pa DOE

Overview

  • Line manage the QHSE scheduling teams of Contract Reviewers, ensuring thorough and efficient operational support services are provided to the UK BA team.
  • Develop and maintain resource planning strategies in order to optimise resource allocation and utilisation.
  • Ensure all contracts are successfully delivered on-time, and in compliance with global procedures and operational KPIs.
  • Support and deputise for the Planning & Administration Manager as and when required in their absence to ensure continuity of service levels and quality of output at all times.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role – within schedule management, resource planning, and proficient use of planning software and tools – preferably within a certification environment.
  • Qualification in business administration, operations management, or related field.
  • Experience in creating contracts.
  • Advanced user in MS Office – especially Excel.
  • Experience in managing teams.
  • Full driving licence for use in the UK.
