- Job Title: Technical Assistant
- Job Type: Permanent
- Job Location: Remote, UK
- Salary:From £28,000 DOE
Overview
- Prepare, verify, check and approve product documentation in accordance with the client’s requirements taking information from suppliers.
- Reporting any non-compliance against client policies.
- Providing technical and regulatory support to the Compliance Managers and Senior Advisors
- Ensure that the product documentation adheres to client policies and procedures.
- Applying client’s new and updated policies, regulatory and technical requirements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in working within the food industry within a regulatory, QC/QA or advisory position
What we are ideally looking for:
- Formal Food Hygiene/Science/Regulatory Qualification or Degree orIntermediate Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2)
- Previous food industry background - ideally food manufacturing, regulatory or quality assurance
- Awareness of completing on-line retailer specifications.
- Awareness of microbiology and nutritional analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
