Within our Government & Institutions and Trade Facilitation activities, SGS partners with governments around the world to strengthen revenue collection, combat fraud, facilitate legitimate trade and support economic development.

Senior Service Development Manager - Tax & Customs Anti-Fraud

, you will play a pivotal role in defining, developing and expanding SGS' portfolio of anti-fraud, customs modernization and revenue assurance solutions.

Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in tax, customs, trade facilitation, anti-fraud or government advisory environments.
  • Strong understanding of customs, taxation, border management or revenue assurance ecosystems.
  • Proven experience in driving innovation across products, services, and business models to strengthen unique value proposition
  • Exposure to business development, client engagement, commercial strategy or sales activities.
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior government stakeholders.
  • Experience working across international and multicultural environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating and growing businesses.
  • Highly Desirable
  • Experience in anti-fraud solutions, illicit trade prevention or revenue assurance.
  • Experience with customs modernization, digital government or tax transformation projects.
  • Experience working with public tenders and government procurement processes.
  • Exposure to African markets.
  • French language capabilities.

Product development or go-to-market experience.
