SGS Pegasus School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with SEND across KS3/4.
You will deliver 1:1 sessions, support small groups and assist whole classes, helping students access the curriculum and grow academically, socially and emotionally.
You will build positive relationships, work with teachers and support staff, and contribute to an inclusive, nurturing environment.
Experience with autism and strong communication are preferred; GCSE English and Maths are required.
