Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance (QA) Officer We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to help us maintain the highest standards of quality across our pharmaceutical products. This is a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and continuously improving our Quality Management System (QMS). What You’ll Be Doing: Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet GMP and regulatory standards. Conduct internal audits and support regulatory inspections (e.g., FDA, EMA). Work closely with Production and Quality Control teams to ensure quality standards are met. Review and approve batch manufacturing and analytical records, ensuring compliance with SOPs. Review analytical data (e.g., HPLC, Karl Fischer, TCC) and ensure Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) meet specifications. Monitor product shelf-life and approve any required changes. Investigate deviations, non-conformities, and OOS results, and drive effective CAPAs. Keep all quality documentation (SOPs, risk assessments, validation protocols) up to date. Prepare and share quality performance reports with senior management. Qualifications: If you’re passionate about quality and ensuring that clients receive safe and effective pharmaceutical products, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Note: We are open to Graduate applications for this role!
