About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager – AI & Innovation to lead and deliver strategic innovation initiatives across Business Assurance IT.

  • This is a fully remote positon and the role will be
  • Reporting to the Global Head of IT – Business Assurance

The primary focus of this role is to manage a portfolio of AI-driven projects, Proofs of Concept (POCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and emerging digital solutions from idea through implementation.

Many of these initiatives span multiple business functions and require close collaboration between IT, Operations, and Business stakeholders.

In addition, the role will support the Global Head of IT in coordinating strategic initiatives across our five IT pillars, helping ensure alignment, visibility, and successful execution of the broader transformation portfolio.

Each pillar is led by a dedicated IT Manager responsible for delivery within their area.

This role focuses on initiatives that cut across these pillars or fall outside existing pillar ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership
  • Lead AI, automation, and innovation projects from concept through deployment.
  • Manage POCs, MVPs, pilots, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and operational impact.
  • AI & Innovation Portfolio
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI and emerging technologies.
  • Support the development of Business Assurance's AI roadmap.
  • Manage innovation initiatives that are not yet assigned to a dedicated pillar.
  • Drive experimentation, rapid prototyping, and scaling of successful solutions.
  • Portfolio Coordination
  • Support oversight of cross-pillar initiatives and dependencies.
  • Assist with prioritization, governance, and executive reporting.
  • Prepare steering committee materials and status updates.
  • Promote project management best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record delivering technology or business transformation projects.
  • Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in global, matrix organizations.
  • Agile project delivery experience preferred.
  • Experience with managing AI projects related to Sales with usage of Salesforce would be a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English in addition to local language.
