Overview
Based onsite at our prestigious client, this role is focused on driving the assurance of great and consistent product quality whilst upholding the ongoing processes to make sure that standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the entire end to end processes of negotiating and agreeing Quality Attributes Specifications (QAS) and agreeing standards for depot quality checks.
- Ensuring that all products have QAS completed, approved and active in line with all critical path timings.
- To conduct all of the required scheduling, planning and preparation for the product assessment panels.
- Documenting outputs and associated actions from attribute panels and managing these through with suppliers and SGS through to approval and subsequent specification activation.
- Monitoring product quality post launch against agency standards, reviewing and interpreting complaints and sales related data to determine frequency schedule.
Qualifications
- Relevant Technical/Quality Management experience/qualification(s) in a related area (Food/FMCG).
- Practical working knowledge of legislation and technical standards.
- Product knowledge and experience of delivering legal quality products to customers.
- Proficient use in systems - such as Igloo or Ice Check.
- Advanced user of MS Packages.
