Overview of the role:
- Working within either the Food or Medical Device team providing administrative support for auditors and internal teams.
- Working on highly critical documentation, ensuring all items are fully compliant.
- Maintaining accurate records, systems, and documentation.
- Liaising with customers, providing support and essential updates.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has previous experience in a coordination role, ideally within a highly regulated environment.
- Proven experience working in an administrative environment.
- High levels of proficiency using MS packages (specifically Excel) and CRMs.
- Experience of creating, maintaining and extracting data.
- High levels of accuracy in regards to documentation creation.
