Responsibilities

  • Dispense, pack, label, and prepare products to meet the production plan
  • Follow processes for primary and secondary packing of finished drug products
  • Support smooth operations across multiple cleanrooms
  • Set up rooms and equipment, complete production documentation, and maintain accurate logs
  • Contribute to a "right first time" culture and support problem solving
  • Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards
  • Carry out post-production cleaning, reconciliation, and documentation closure
  • Work closely with Room Leads and the wider production team to achieve the delivery of finished drug product

You'll be part of a growing manufacturing function with opportunities to support new equipment, process improvements, and enhanced production efficiency. There is also future potential to move into other areas of the business, develop new skills, and grow with the site, including opportunities to progress further into the production side as the facility expands.
