- Job Title: Enquiries Team Leader
- Job Type: Permanent
- Location: Ellesmere Port (4 days in office, 1 day working from home – after probation completed)
- Hours: 8.30am to 5pm
- Salary: Up to £36,500 DOE
Job Description
Overview:
To manage a small enquiries team, and monitor existing customer enquiries
- Monitor and exceeding performance targets
- Ensure all communication channels are monitored, customer enquiries reviewed and assigned to the correct member of sales
- Conduct a weekly survey and monitoring results
- Being a UK Salesforce Super User, providing support and training on Salesforce functionality
- Supporting sales managers with data in performance reviews.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience working as a team leader or senior post within a sales environment
You will also have the following:
- Working knowledge in using Salesforce
- Working to tight deadlines and achieving results
- Extensive admin experience – proficient in MS Office
- Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Relevant analytics or Administrative qualifications such as NVQ
