The Opportunity
This is not a traditional product management role.
Senior Service Development Manager - Tax & Customs Anti-Fraud , you will play a pivotal role in defining, developing and expanding SGS' portfolio of anti-fraud, customs modernization and revenue assurance solutions.

Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in tax, customs, trade facilitation, anti-fraud or government advisory environments.
- Strong understanding of customs, taxation, border management or revenue assurance ecosystems.
- Proven experience in driving innovation across products, services, and business models to strengthen unique value proposition
- Exposure to business development, client engagement, commercial strategy or sales activities.
- Ability to engage credibly with senior government stakeholders.
- Experience working across international and multicultural environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating and growing businesses.
- Highly Desirable
- Experience in anti-fraud solutions, illicit trade prevention or revenue assurance.
- Experience with customs modernization, digital government or tax transformation projects.
- Experience working with public tenders and government procurement processes.
- Exposure to African markets.
