Overview of the role:
- To support the launch, development and administration of a new e-commerce site within SGS.
- Facilitate conversation with customers having queries, managing them and ensuring the correct action is taken.
- To liaise with different business lines, commercial teams and internal stakeholders across the organisation to gather, validate and maintain accurate product information.
- Analyse sales data, customer and market trends to make data-driven recommendations.
- Work closely with marketing teams to enhance the online shopping experience.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has previous experience working in an e-commerce or digital marketing space. You will also have all of the following:
- Degree within a Business or Digital Marketing field.
- Experience within using cloud-based e-commerce platforms.
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Full Driving license for use in the UK.
