Job Type: Permanent

Location: Ellesmere Port - Head Office, Based On-site

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Overview of the role:

  • To support the launch, development and administration of a new e-commerce site within SGS.
  • Facilitate conversation with customers having queries, managing them and ensuring the correct action is taken.
  • To liaise with different business lines, commercial teams and internal stakeholders across the organisation to gather, validate and maintain accurate product information.
  • Analyse sales data, customer and market trends to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to enhance the online shopping experience.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has previous experience working in an e-commerce or digital marketing space. You will also have all of the following:

  • Degree within a Business or Digital Marketing field.
  • Experience within using cloud-based e-commerce platforms.
  • Dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Full Driving license for use in the UK.
