Role overview:
- Perform sample preparation and extraction following SGS-approved SOPs.
- Report any equipment or instrumentation failures to senior staff.
- Maintain organized, auditable laboratory records.
- Complete daily tasks efficiently to support operational output.
- Maintain a safe working environment, following Health & Safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate would be from a food process driven background such as fast food restaurants or food manufacturing. No previous lab experience or degree is required!
- Experience in working with food and fast paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Good organisational skills to maintain records and compliance.
- Proactive approach to learning and development.
