We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for the Burbo Area Warehouse in Wirral.

The contract runs from 20July2026 to30October2026, with a 7‑day on / 7‑day off shift pattern, 6am–6pm, totaling 80.5hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory and process order fulfillment.
  • Oversee stock levels and manage record keeping.
  • Key Requirements
  • Clean driving licence.
  • Qualified forklift truck driver.
  • Technologically proficient – IT literate, experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and the Microsoft Office package.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Comfortable using technology and quickly learning new software tools.
  • Passion for sustainability and green energy.

Desirable Skills

  • HSE experience.
  • General IT skills.
  • Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain.

Consultants will be provided with a laptop. Investigated equipment such as PCs, mobile phones and i Pads must always be up to date with the latest OS releases.
