SGS’s Food industry services help ensure food safety, quality, and compliance through testing, inspection, certification, and auditing—supporting businesses across the supply chain from farm to fork.
Overview of the role:
- New business sales and development of profit revenue streams, selling SGS Food Testing & Advisory Services
- Identifying, engaging, and winning new customers for the Food Testing & Advisory Services
- Supporting customers to measure, verify and improve the business performance across their operations and supply chain – within the Health & Nutrition sector
- Attending meetings and events throughout the UK
- Working to UK sales targets
- Supporting and working with internal Health & Nutrition Managers
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has proven experience in selling consultative services in a technical B2B environment - within a Food Testing / Advisory environment or within food manufacturing testing environment. You will also have the following:
- Degree level or similar qualified in a field linked to Food Technology or Nutrition area of studies
- Full Driving license for use in the UK
- Worked within a highly regulated environment
- A strong desire and determination to break into new growth areas and achieve sales targets
