ROLE OVERVIEW
- Job Type: Fixed Term Contract 12 months
- Location: Fully Remote - Must be UK based and happy to travel to customer sites (ideal location around Leicester)
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Salary: Up to £38,000 pa DOE
- Industry: Health & Nutrition
Overview of the role - to deliver exceptional service to existing clients, being the key point of contact for a large UK retailer. Responsibilities include:
- Managing clients workload
- Liaising with internal teams - technical & sales to ensure service level agreements and turnaround times are met
- Obtaining forecasts of work coming in to be completed
- Project management
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has over 3 years experience in an account management position, with a background in Food Retail or Food Manufacturing. You will also have the following:
- Proven account management experience within a large team
- Educated up to A Level or equivalent
- Project Management life cycle experience
- Advanced user of MS Office, including Excel
