Overview of the role:

  • New business sales and development of profit revenue streams, selling SGS Food Testing & Advisory Services.
  • Identifying, engaging, and winning new customers for the Food Testing & Advisory Services.
  • Supporting customers to measure, verify and improve the business performance across their operations and supply chain within the Health & Nutrition sector.
  • Attending meetings and events throughout the UK.
  • Working to UK sales targets.
  • Supporting and working with internal Health & Nutrition Managers.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has proven experience in selling consultative services in a technical B2B environment - within a Food Testing / Advisory environment or within food manufacturing testing environment.
  • Degree level or similar qualified in a field linked to Food Technology or Nutrition area of studies.
  • Full Driving license for use in the UK.
  • Worked within a highly regulated environment.
  • A strong desire and determination to break into new growth areas and achieve sales targets.
