Job Description

  • Job Title: Fire Risk Assessor
  • Job Type: Permanent

• Locations: Field Based Role available in the following location

  • West Midlands
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
  • Salary: from £42,000 pa DOE & Company Vehicle
  • Industry: Environmental

As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will undertake fire risk assessments across a range of commercial, industrial and public-sector environments, identifying hazards and providing practical recommendations to help clients manage their fire safety responsibilities.

  • Conducting fire risk assessments in accordance with current legislation, standards and best practice guidance.
  • Identify and highlight fire safety risks, providing clear recommendations and escalating high-risk concerns where appropriate.
  • Produce, review and quality check detailed fire risk assessment reports.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and customer service skills

Essential Qualifications / Experience

  • Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification
  • Registered with a recognised professional body - IFE / IFSM / FRACS
  • Full Driving License for use in the UK
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Fire Risk Assessing
  • NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate (Desirable)
