Our Client, an oilfield services company, is looking for a Field Service Admin Coordinator for a 12 months contract (maternity cover) starting asap. Monday and Friday working from home, Tuesday-Thursday in the office, Portlethen Mission The coordinator is responsible for organizing and dispatching appropriate personnel to service locations to meet customer and company requirements in a safe and professional manner. The coordinator ensure that all personnel are mobilised both internationally and locally to meet client demands in a safe and expedient manner. Responsibilities Update offshore scheduling system with forecasted and actual data. Manage Field Deployment Platform system. Book flights and accommodation for offshore personnel Process all travel / third party invoices. Ordering of field teams PPE through the SAP system Maintain holiday records for field service team. Accountable for all field service technicians within given countries Book all mandatory/ project specific and third-party training courses. Obtain all visa and country requirements as requested by the workforce coordinator. Complete Payroll monthly (part of a rota system) Manage assigned technician’s expenses and ensure they align with company policy.
