We are looking for a motivated and analytical Trainee to join our Real Estate Structured Finance team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a Front Office environment, working on the origination, structuring, execution and monitoring of commercial real estate financing transactions.
What you’ll do
- Analyse new financing opportunities and assess transaction risks and merits.
- Build and review financial models to evaluate real estate investments and financing structures.
- Conduct property, market and sponsor analysis.
- Prepare credit papers, investment memoranda and transaction presentations.
- Monitor an existing portfolio of real estate loans and financing transactions.
- Undertake market research and stay abreast of trends across the UK and European real estate sectors.
- Support transaction execution, including reviewing due diligence, valuation reports and legal documentation.
- Work alongside clients, investors, lawyers, valuers and other market participants.
