We are looking for a highly motivated Trainee to join our Prime Services & Clearing team, where you will gain unique exposure to both front‑office business activities and senior governance, supporting the SGIL CEO and senior management team. This is a rare opportunity to develop a broad skillset across strategy, governance, risk, and project management within a fast‑paced, international environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, playing a key role in supporting both day‑to‑day operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Support governance activities, including organising committees and preparing materials for senior management.
  • Assist with documentation and reporting for executive‑level discussions.
  • Monitor outsourced services and contribute to third‑party risk oversight.
  • Support project management activities, including tracking progress and coordinating across teams.
  • Assist in responding to regulatory and internal requests.
  • Contribute to a variety of cross‑functional initiatives across the business.

Profile required:

  • Previous experience in audit or consulting (internships or full‑time roles).
  • Business school background (or equivalent), with a strong interest in financial markets.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self‑starter with a collaborative approach.
  • French language skills are a strong advantage.
