As a Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the origination and execution of M&A transactions across conventional and renewable power generation, waste, energy infrastructure, and transportation infrastructure sectors. You will develop your expertise through hands‑on involvement in industry and company research, quantitative and financial analysis, valuation, and financial modelling. You will also assist in preparing client presentations and investor materials, working alongside experienced bankers in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
What We Are Looking For
- A university degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Genuine interest in the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure sectors
- Prior internship or work experience in investment banking or M&A is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Additional European language skills are a strong plus
- Strong communication skills, motivation, and enthusiasm
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and be a proactive team player
