Kick‑start your career in international debt markets. We are looking for a highly motivated Trainee to join our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team, covering Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA).

Gain hands‑on experience across the full lifecycle of capital markets transactions—working at the heart of a fast‑paced, international environment. Our team combines both origination and execution, giving you exposure to every stage of a deal—from client engagement through to transaction delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Help prepare client presentations, proposals and pitch materials
  • Support the execution of bond issuances and financing transactions
  • Conduct market research and credit analysis on clients and new deals
  • Produce regular market updates and insights for internal and external use
  • Collaborate with product specialists and investment banking teams
  • Assist with client onboarding and regulatory processes (KYC)
  • Gain exposure to a wide range of clients including corporates, financial institutions, and public sector entities

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of fixed income / corporate finance fundamentals
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
