Client Coverage Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships as a trusted algo‑execution partner.
- Grow the client franchise through collaboration with Sales, Engineering and internal stakeholders.
- Share market flows, trade ideas and relevant information to support revenue generation.
- Provide reliable support to team members and ensure effective communication across internal teams.
Product Scope Responsibilities
- Price and execute client transactions in line with MiFID, risk controls and product governance.
- Manage orders, risk and hedging within SG limits, policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute to business development and support enhancements to trading tools, automation and analytics.
Knowledge Management Responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of markets, competitors, and clients.
- Stay informed on new market initiatives and product developments.
Risk Management Responsibilities
- Protect SG’s market reputation through disciplined risk, compliance and conduct.
- Monitor P&L, adhere to trading limits and ensure accurate trade recording.
- Follow Sales & Trading handbooks and complete required regulatory training.
Conduct Responsibilities
- Comply with all internal policies, operational risk standards and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to FCA/PRA conduct rules and business‑line mandates.
- Identify, manage and escalate conduct or risk issues appropriately.
Profile required
- Market knowledge and experience in Investment banking/ financial services industry.
