The Project Manager acts as the day-to-day customer service lead for a major retail client within our reprographics and packaging artwork business. The role is supplier and printer-facing and service-driven, focused on coordinating packaging artwork projects, managing pack changes, and ensuring a smooth, efficient and high-quality service from brief through to final approved artwork. Understanding of FMCG packaging and print processes is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for the Account Manager, supplier, and printer, delivering a professional and responsive service.
- Coordinate new and updated packaging artwork projects across the client’s brand portfolio.
- Manage the end-to-end pack change process, including artwork updates, repro, proofs and approvals.
- Maintain all internal systems and job status reports.
- Gather accurate briefs and submit them to the production team.
- Ensure all briefs are clear and concise, containing all relevant information from the Account Manager for production to work to right first time.
- Collate artwork amendments and manage feedback between client and production.
- Coordinate and lead Banton Handover meetings, issuing actions and minutes.
- Ensure all artwork is approved by relevant client departments before final file release.
- Advise on print and technical feasibility with support from internal print and technical teams.
- Communicate key milestones and critical path timelines to all stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and accelerate risks or delays where appropriate.
- Support press attendance and print sign-off when required.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client teams and print suppliers.
- Always represent SGX professionally within the client environment.
- Develop a strong understanding of the client’s culture and ways of working.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across client and internal processes.

- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Experience managing multiple packaging or artwork projects in an FMCG environment.
- Good understanding of print processes and packaging materials.
- High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with FMCG brands or retailers.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
