We are currently seeking an Onsite Graphic Packaging Manager to join our team on an initial one-year contract. This is a hybrid working opportunity, with onsite work primarily at our client site in Central London. In this role, you will support the Client marketing teams in developing packaging, collaborating with Creative Teams, Operations, and Studio. You should demonstrate teamwork, independence, resourcefulness, and strong communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement effectively. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a packaging/print project management professional to work autonomously with a well-known client and be part of a growing business.
What you'll do:
- Support marketing teams by translating projects into Packaging Briefings.
- Coordinate artwork production with onsite teams and external partners.
- Review and approve artwork files for compliance with Design Guidelines and Packaging Briefings.
- Ensure quality and graphic consistency across packaging ranges.
- Provide clear updates on project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain high client satisfaction through quality service and responsiveness.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in continuous process improvements to support Digital Transformation.
What you'll have:
- 3-4 years of design/pre-press agency experience in project management or similar roles on the client side.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, managing agency relationships, and overseeing packaging artwork projects from brief to print.
- A collaborative, positive, solutions-focused mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and independence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to evaluate artwork files for accuracy.
- Business professional fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with project management tools, and knowledge of Adobe Suite is highly advantageous.
