We are seeking an Executive Producer to lead the delivery of high‑value content production from our London studio, acting as a senior production partner and trusted point of contact across complex CGI‑led and integrated projects. Partnering closely with both Creative and Project leaders on the client side, the Executive Producer will translate creative vision into high‑quality, on‑brand campaign assets across multiple media types. The role maintains clear ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and impeccable quality. Operating confidently within a fast‑paced, global production environment, it requires strong judgement, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving. The Executive Producer is very much the Project Lead for each campaign, partnering with Client, Creative, Client Service, Producers & PM teams to bring the work to life. This role plays a key part in prioritisation decisions, while also helping to uncover what’s next on the horizon in terms of consumer experience and engagement. While the primary focus will be overseeing the production relationship for a single North American client, the role requires the versatility to flex and oversee other global workstreams and clients as needed, applying the same level of production excellence and rigour across all work.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the face of our organization and senior production partner, operating confidently with senior client stakeholders.
- Act as a seamless extension of our global Content Solutions team, driving strong collaboration across disciplines and geographies.
- Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of client objectives, processes, platforms, and creative expectations.
- Support translating conceptual creative vision into clear, executable production plans across CGI, motion, retouching, photography, and post‑production.
- Own end‑to‑end production delivery from pre‑production through final asset delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on brief, on brand, on time, and within agreed budgets.
- Lead production estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking in partnership with finance and client service teams.
- Proactively manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery expectations across all stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with creative, production, traffic, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Work with global studio partners to support cross‑region workflows and continuity across time zones.
- Engage and manage third party suppliers and specialist production partners as required.
- Flex to support other global clients during periods of lower demand on the primary account.
- Apply a solutions focused mindset to resolve challenges before they impact delivery.
- Ensure production processes, documentation, and delivery standards are applied consistently.
Skills & Abilities
- Significant experience in senior production roles within a CGI‑led or integrated creative production environment.
- Proven ability to operate as a senior production partner within demanding client environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands‑on experience managing budgets, estimates, and financial performance.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client‑facing situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across creative, production, and client teams.
- Highly organised, detail driven, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Ability to anticipate production risks and address them proactively.
- Comfortable working across globally connected studios and time zones.
- A collaborative team player with a proven ability to integrate seamlessly into established teams.
- Strong working knowledge of production and project management tools, alongside proficiency in MS Office and Mac environments.
- Experience in Workfront, Filemaker, JBAST, Planet Content Tool & Remote Director a benefit.
- Willingness and ability to develop and incorporate new technologies (AI!) into production workstreams.
