Salary: per annum (including sleep-ins)

Working Hour: Full-time shift-based (including long days & sleep-ins)

Hourly Rate: Competitive (embedded within salary)

Number of Sleeps Required: Yes rota based

Pay Per Sleep: 50 per sleep-in

Who we are looking for:

  • Caring, resilient and compassionate individuals
  • Aged 22 (to meet Ofsted regulations)
  • Able to build positive trusting relationships with young people
  • Calm and confident in challenging situations
  • Holds a Full UK manual driving licence and has access to a car
  • Looking to build a long-term career in childrens residential care

No previous experience required full induction provided including:

  • 2 weeks classroom-based training
  • 1 week of supported shadow shifts
