Who We Are Looking For:
Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager who is committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
You will be responsible for leading all aspects of the home, including safeguarding, compliance, team development, care planning, quality assurance, and ensuring the home consistently delivers high standards of care in line with Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, a child-centred approach, and the ability to create a positive and nurturing culture for both young people and staff. π

Essential Requirements:
β Full UK Driving Licence
β Level 3 Residential Childcare Qualification
β Experience working within an Ofsted Registered Children's Home
β Minimum 2 years' residential childcare experience
β Minimum 1 year supervisory experience within the last 5 years
β Knowledge of Quality Standards, SCCIF and childcare legislation
β Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
β Experience supporting children with emotional, behavioural and social difficulties
