Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a therapeutically informed children’s residential home focused on rebuilding young lives through safety, stability, and social inclusion. We are looking for a strong, visible, and inspirational leader who is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and young people. You will have proven experience leading an Ofsted-regulated children’s home, with a strong understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, safeguarding, and team leadership.
You will be confident in:
- Recruiting and onboarding residential staff
- Leading, supervising, and developing care teams
- Managing training compliance and performance
- Reviewing referrals and assessing placement suitability
- Working closely with local authorities and external professionals
- Maintaining regulatory compliance and Ofsted readiness
- Managing budgets and operational resources effectively
- Creating a culture of unconditional positive regard alongside clear boundaries and expectations
