Qualifications Required:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, or willingness to work towards it, is desirable.

- Previous experience working within an Ofsted Registered Children's Home supporting children and young people, with experience leading shifts and supervising staff.

Who We Are Looking For:
Our client is seeking an experienced residential childcare professional who is ready to step into a Deputy Manager position within a brand-new service. The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience within an Ofsted Registered Children's Home.
- Be confident leading shifts and supporting the Registered Manager.
- Be capable of supervising, mentoring and developing staff.
- Promote high standards of safeguarding, care planning and compliance.
- Support with the day-to-day management of the home, including dedicated administrative responsibilities.
- Be passionate about achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
