The Service Users: Children aged 7 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties

Working Week and Pay:

  • Working Day Hours: 8pm to 8am
  • Working Week Hours: Either 36 hours or 48 hours
  • Sleeps: Not essential but can be taken at £52 per sleep
  • Salary: £14.50 per hour = £27,144 OR £34,944

What you will need/None-Negotiables:

  • Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce Diploma with social care pathway. (Level 3 Diploma in Adult social care may be considered if work experience with children can be demonstrated)
  • Experience: Ideally experience in the Residential Children's Services sector or similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour.
  • Driving Licence: Required
  • Min Age: 21/22
