Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Ability to build trusting relationships and act as a positive role model
- Flexibility to work 12-hour day and night shifts
- Driving licence preferred
- NVQ Level 3 Residential Children & Young People preferred (or willingness to complete)
- Experience in children’s residential care (1 year preferred)
