The Home:

Our client is recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead an existing 4-bed children’s home in Thorne, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is an established service, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a functioning home while continuing to drive high standards of care and outcomes.

  • We are seeking a resilient, passionate and experienced Registered Manager who is committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
  • The successful candidate will have:
    • Experience managing an Ofsted children’s home
    • A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
    • A positive, hands-on and solution-focused approach
    • A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
    • Confidence in managing referrals, compliance, safeguarding and operational performance
