The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker or Team Leader to join their established and supportive team in Middlesbrough.
This vacancy has arisen due to the home expanding from a solo placement to a two-bed service following the admission of an additional young person. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable service at an exciting stage of development and play a key role in supporting the home's continued growth.

A significant strength of the service is the leadership team. The Registered Manager has over 10 years of residential childcare experience and is committed to driving the service towards an Outstanding Ofsted judgement in 2026.

β Understanding of relevant residential childcare legislation and safeguarding requirements
