Salary: Base salary £46,202.89 with the potential to earn up to £53,402.89 through bonuses

Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) and Level 5 in Leadership and Management completed or currently in progress

Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a senior management role within Children's Residential Care

Who we are looking for: Our client is seeking either an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step into registration. Applicants must have:

  • Experience working within Children's Residential Homes at a senior management level
  • A track record of contributing towards Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
  • Strong leadership, compliance and people management skills
  • The ability to create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for young people
  • A willingness to travel to the Head Office in Pontefract for management meetings and interviews
  • A willingness to declare any disciplinary history or failed fit person applications
  • Salary expectations that align with the advertised package and experience level
  • A commutable distance to the home

Who you will be working for: Our client is an established children's residential care provider with existing services supporting young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.

Benefits:

  • 30 days annual leave including Bank Holidays
  • £2,000 annual car allowance
  • Ofsted Bonus:
    • £1,000 for an Outstanding inspection
    • £500 for a Good inspection
  • On-call payments:
    • Monday to Friday: £10 per day
    • Saturday and Sunday: £50 per day
  • Occupancy bonus:
    • £175 per child after the first child is placed
    • Example: Full occupancy in a 3-bed home would attract £350 per month
