Who we are looking for: An experienced and confident Senior Residential Support Worker who can lead shifts, supervise staff and deliver high-quality child-centred care. You will support young people in daily routines, hobbies, social activities and skill development while helping them reach their full potential.
You will also:
- Lead and manage shifts effectively
- Manage the home in the absence of the Deputy or Registered Manager
- Conduct staff supervisions and support inductions
- Oversee health & safety processes and risk assessments
- Take responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Do not apply for this role if any of the following apply to you:
- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care; this is not deemed equivalent
- You only have Healthcare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience
- You require sponsorship (sponsorship is not available)
- Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered
