We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident Registered Manager to join the senior management team and lead a stable, committed staff group (Team Leaders and Support Workers). You will provide strong, strategic leadership to drive regulatory success and ensure children and young people experience a safe, nurturing home where life skills and independence are developed alongside education, care and clinical support.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- A highly developed awareness of safeguarding and safer working practices
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- A sound understanding of the challenges associated with Autism and complex needs
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure effective, compliant day-to-day running of the home
- Confidence working within a multi-disciplinary environment (care, therapy and education)
- The ability to build strong professional relationships and support families
