Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and resilient Registered Manager to lead this service and make a lasting difference in the lives of young people. You will:
- Provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment
- Lead and inspire staff teams to deliver high standards of care
- Have strong knowledge of Ofsted, Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, and safeguarding
- Demonstrate resilience, motivation, and commitment to positive outcomes
- Be flexible to join the On-Call Manager rota when required
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Diploma Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent) – essential
- Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or Level 4 Registered Manager Award) – desirable
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential childcare
- Minimum 2 years in a management role
